[Qgis-user] qgis 1.4.0 on ubuntu jaunty

Hi!

Just got the binaries of qgis 1.4.0 installed through synaptic on
ubuntu 9.04: I'm impressed and excited! Thanks a lot.

Just found one minor problem but a potential source of confusion
and inconvenience:

At selecting a raster, the "All formats" has been replaced by
"All other files". It's good having this option, but
"All formats" is actually the most used (perhaps "All raster formats"
would be good to have also). Many users (like me) use raster files coming from 
so many
different sources that don't pay particular attention to the format,
except in case of problems.
