[Qgis-user] can't connect to maps.geoportal.gov.pl WMS

Hi,

I can't access the following WMS services which I recall have worked in
QGIS some time ago:

http://maps.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_orto/wmservice.aspx
http://maps.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_prg/wmservice.aspx
http://maps.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_dzkat/wmservice.aspx

Trying to connect to either service an error is returned like this:

Could not understand the response. The wms provider said:
Could not get WMS capabilities in the expected format (DTD): no
WMS_Capabilities or WMT_MS_Capabilities found
This is probably due to an incorrect WMS Server URL.
Tried URL:
http://maps.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_prg/wmservice.aspx?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

What could be the reason?

Using SVN trunk r10126.
