[Qgis-user] can't connect to maps.geoportal.gov.pl WMS

Visiting the URL you get:

<ogc:ServiceExceptionReport>
<ServiceException code="NoApplicableCode">Insufficient resources to perform operation.[]</ServiceException>
</ogc:ServiceExceptionReport>

Might be a server problem.
