[Qgis-user] "Save select zones as shapefile" doesn't work

I have a shapefile and I need save select zones as new shapefiles in vector layer, but it doesn't work. The message show "the latitude and longitude exceeded limits".
My map coordinate system is user Defined, and the map's  latitude have seven digit number,longitude have six digit number.Does the Coordinate digit number make the function fail? Is there any method to solve it ? Thanks!
