Hi,

I am sorry if it is not the right ML to ask this, (tell me if I really need to 
subscribe to community ML or other).

In the file working_ogc.tex, this sentence seems incorrect to me (but it could 
be my english):
>Describing a basic data model for geographic features an increasing number of 
>specifications are developed to serve specific needs for interoperable 
>location and geospatial technology,  including GIS.  

the first line should be:
>Describing a basic data model for geographic features anD increasing number 
of 

isn't it?
