[Qgis-user] Problems installing QGIS 1.0.2

All,

I uninstalled my QGIS 0.9.0 Ganymede and installed QGIS 1.0.2 Stable - Windows Standalone from http://www.qgis.org/en/download/binaries.html.  I am running Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 2.  After I first installed, I got the error:



I then installed the MSVC libraries.  When I tried to run QGIS, I got this error:



Do you have any suggestions?  Thanks for any help you can provide.
