[Qgis-user] new manageR

Hi Carson,

great news, I'm using R a lot and the idea of interfacing it with QGIS
is great.

I have some problems with making manageR work. Though it seems that all the
components are there (python-rpy2, python-numpy):

I'm still getting this error after installing and clicking on manageR
button
