[Qgis-user] Where is the plugin installer in 1.0.1 Kore? [SOLVED]

Indeed, it's not python-qgis missing but _python-qgis-common_. It works
now. Thanks for the pointing to the right direction.

Shouldn't that be installed along with all other dependencies?
