[Qgis-user] Metaedit error

We know that non ascii characters will fail to open, including many of
the template files (borrowed from CatMDEdit). The next big fix in the
pipes should include support for utf-8 and saving of edits, but no
promises on how long it's going to take we have to change the xml parser
for a new one.

Please try it with your own data, feedback, bugs, and contributions are
welcome. In fact with this release we formally invite translators to
contribute their skills, we've started German and Spanish. Contact me if
you want to translate and I'll get you started.
