[Qgis-user] Opening a bunch (~50) of gpx files

Hi Agus,

You can combine them into a single file with gpsbabel:
http://www.gpsbabel.org/htmldoc-development/Advanced_Usage.html

It might also be possible using the append and update flags with  
ogr2ogr, but not sure.
