[Qgis-user] crash import xy file

Hi to all,
i'm tring to import a xy txt file, but qgis crashs with this message:
Fatal: ASSERT failure in QList<T>::operator[]: "index out of range", file /usr/include/qt4/QtCore/qlist.h, line 447
Abortito

I'm on debian squeeze OS with qgis svn compiled version 14875 (1.7-trunk).

Which is the problem?
