[Qgis-user] problems with gml and encoding

Hello,
I've just made a conversion from shp to gml using OGR converter plugin.
Conversion was done (geometry and atributes) but all polish fonts in gml 
were changed to "?"
I can load this gml but in attribute table there are still "?" instead 
of polish fonts.

I've made the same in ogr2ogr but I set parameter SET OGR_FORCE_ASCII=NO
Polish fonts in gml are good.
But it is impossible to load this gml to qgis - there is no geometry and 
attribute table is empty.

Any ideas how to solve problem ?
I've made this tests with Qgis 1.5.0.145
