[Qgis-user] SJJB SVG Map Icons Public Domain license

A good addition to QGIS point icons.

I added them in my icons folder, works great.  However, I noticed a
small amount of time lag when loading the Properties window to change
point symbols.  Hope others can verify this on their own system.
