[Qgis-user] Attribute Join problem in PostgreSQL

As far as I know, the Join Attribute feature in Vector tools is only for 
dbf tables. What you'll have to do is import your additional attribute 
table also to PostGIS, then do the join within Postgres with database 
mamangement tools (i.e. using the PostGIS Manager Plugin in QGIS).
