Hi Agus,
there are (were) a couple of problems.
One was solved yesterday, you'll need to use qgis-dev to see the pyhton
gdal utilities in the gdal_tools plugin work.
The other is about the .exe gdal utilities under Vista/Seven: I believe
they are working on it. Meanwhile you just need to delete the file
gdal_GRASS.dll in your osgeo4w installation.
