Hello Aaron

Credit for plugin creation goes to Pavol Kapusta but I made several
improvements and changes and I released the last version.

The input layer must be a points layer previously loaded in QGis. The
output will be a lines or polygons layer (shapefile). The vertices of
the lines or polygons will be the points of the input layer.

If you need more hints please provide a more precise description of
your data or better a sample.

Best regards

Goyo
