[Qgis-user] point displacement renderer pluggin

Hi Stanca

The point displacement plugin is in QGIS svn now. You could checkout the 
sources with subversion (svn co https://svn.osgeo.org/qgis). The plugin code 
is in the folder ssrc/plugins/point_displacement_renderer.
