the ECW libraries MUST stay on [QGIS path]\bin   and they are:

 NCScnet4.dll
 NCScnet4d.dll
 NCSEcw4_RO.dll
 NCSEcw4_ROd.dll
 NCSUtil4.dll
 NCSUtil4d.dll
 tbb.dll
 tbb_debug.dll
