[Qgis-user] PyQGIS load failure, Mac OSX 10.6, Python 2.7

Hi David,

The recommended QGIS for Mac OS X 10.6 that surely works is from
William's repository.

William maintains the official QGIS for Mac OS X.

http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Download#MacOS_X

Try using this, uninstall the MacPorts QGIS and install William / Kyngchaos.

However, I am not sure if python 2.7 works with QGIS 1.6.0.1 in Mac OS
X, python 2.6 works in Mac OS X, (not working in Windows).
