[Qgis-user] Couldn't import Python module 'psycopg2' for communication with PostgreSQL database.

AFAIK, Python 2.7 does not work with QGIS. QGIS Windows only works
with Python 2.5. Linux and Mac OS QGIS work with Python 2.5 and 2.6.
