Nevermind :d
I'm running CCleaner and found that there were Ooodles of registry
errors that were causing the problem.

It seems that removing all of the old files, is like an early 'Spring
Cleaning' for the computer .... considering most of my work is done
'live online' :-)


Hopefully i can report back with the GML files opening properly.
