[Qgis-user] Is there a way of installing the qgis plugin for ORFEO Toolbox (OTB)?

There is a growing number of C++ plugins that appear interesting and
useful (OTB would be a huge improvement over qgis current capabilities),
but are more or less inaccessible to end users.
Perhaps we should devise a strategy for these.
