[Qgis-user] file ecw and postgis

I'm having two problems:
1 - was using qgis normally, but now when trying to add layer postgis, states 
the following: the base does not support data postgis.
2 - I qgis installed on multiple computers, and of these, trying to add raster 
layer, is not recognizing file type. Ecw
