[Qgis-user] Problem Loading QGIS

Dear all,
I receive a weird message (please check the copy in the attachment!) 
every time I try to load QGIS in a machine running Windows 7 
Professional. Does anyone know what is this about? Any tips will be 
highly appreciated.
