[Qgis-user] Problem Loading QGIS

Francisco,

Provavelmente, algum programa mal comportado instalou dll's na pasta de sistema (Windows\system32). É preciso removê-las dessa pasta e colocá-las na pasta de instalação desse programa...

Dear all,
I receive a weird message (please check the copy in the attachment!) every time I try to load QGIS in a machine running Windows 7 Professional. Does anyone know what is this about? Any tips will be highly appreciated.
