[Qgis-user] QGIS setup in an IDE

HI,

I am new to QGIS please help to set up QGIS in an IDE for college
project.I want to write simple plugins in C++ only like displaying a
vector file etc.

How to set QGIS in any IDE to use its library??

I asked it before but answers were to write plugins in Python but i
want to write in C++ only and my main problem is I cant set up the
development environment.
