check if the "path to the gdal binaries" is properly set in the gdal
tools settings

your is install folder is a bit strange... in any case this messages
usually do show when you install a library like gdal-ecw and then you
actually don't copy the necessary .dll from ERDAS in the osgeo4w "bin"
folder (or worst in the "system32" folder).
