[Qgis-user] Raster -> Merge (gdal_merge) failure

if you are using windows/standalone you have to set the "path to the
GDAL binaries" in the gdal tools settings.

if the tool do not works from the command line then it should be a gdal
problem. How do you install gdal/qgis? using the ubuntugis/nightly build
repositories? both?

configurations (not plugins) are in ~/.config/QuantumGIS
