Thank you for clarifying the question.

Then, there is a problem in Qgis, OL and my map have the same down left
position for the copyrights messages. 

Is it possible to shift some points up my copyright message to respect the
rights of OL?

I would not like to place my copyright message in other corners as the
Placement option says.
