I don't get any error with standard ftools. If you mean the little
inner rings in the output, I don't think they are errors.

For example I exported polygons 193 and 210 to KML. Polygon 193 has a
vertice at (-69.454090424081372,18.419266423319957) and polygon 210
has one at (-69.454090424081372,18.419266423319954). They look like
the same point in the map but they're actually different. This explain
the last inner ring in the ftools output.

I think it's performing some kind of input snapping or output
cleaning. While this can be convenient most of times, I don't like the
software doing it unless I explicitly ask for it.
