[Qgis-user] Announcement: QGIS WPS-Client goes proxy

The new QGIS WPS-Client rev 0.7.2 is able to connect through proxies. 
The developement of this new feature was made by kappasys in 
collaboration with Marco Hugentobler/sourcepole.
