[Qgis-user] Export to New Projection is Missing

I have Qgis 1.7.3 (Win 7) on my Tower and in the Vector menu it has the ">
Data Management Tools> Export to New Projection".
The same version loaded on my win 7 laptop has *no export option in the
vector menu*.  I thought it might have gotten deinstalled or something so I
reinstalled the latest download. Same thing. Missing option.

What has happened to that option???
