Or you could try Pdfshuffler or Final Page, both available on sourceforge.  I think in theory any of them could work on Windows, but I know there is already a (third party) windows installer for pdfshuffler (if you can find it - it is linked from one of the bug reports).

But if you just want to reverse the pages, the easiest thing to do is open the pdf and "print to file", selecting the option to reverse the page order.  On windows and some other systems you would need to install a virtual "pdf printer" such as PdfCreator (also available on sourceforge) and print to that.

BTW I think if you wanted to file a bug report or a patch for easy print this would be the place: http://code.google.com/p/cataisrepository/issues/list
