[Qgis-user] obtaining the label when using point sampling tool

When using the point sampling tool is it possible to get the label as well as the category number for each point sampled on the underlying raster image?  I have the category numbers and could then match these to the labels in an additional step outside the gis but it would be much easier to do it all in one step in the gis.
