[Qgis-user] Plugin reorganization

Dear all

The new organization of plugins is very good and it makes QGIS much easier
to use. I have 3 suggestions:

- put Table Manager in the vector menu

- put Open Layers in the Web menu

- Create a menu for the GRASS plugin
