[Qgis-user] Opening QGIS - Entry Point Not Found

Hi!
QGIS worked fine on Windows 7 until I installed Postgres.
Now I get the following 'Entry Point Not Found' error when opening QGIS:
"The procedure entry point ??0QCoreApplicationPrvate@@QAE at AAHPAPAD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll."

I have uninstalled and re-installed but still no joy. Any ideas? Thanks!
