[Qgis-user] Using RTKLIB to plot new points

To Daniel -

AFAIK (and I don't know very much about RTKLIB ;-)  RTKLIB can export 
the result dataset as a KML or KMZ file. From there, you can open them 
in QGIS using the  "Layer" > "Add vector layer" function.
