[Qgis-user] QGIS action execution error 0x800706ba

PROBLEM LOCALIZED AND SOLVED
The error-genic program was default image browser from Windows Live
tools pack - updating the package helped resulting in no further error
messages seen.

If any1 else got the problem - you know what to do now.
