[Qgis-user] problems to transform gk2 ->etrs

Hi !

my job is to transform images form gk2 (EPSG:31466) to etrs89 zone 32N 
(EPSG 25832) and i start following command by the qgis-gdal dialog:

gdalwarp -s_srs EPSG:31466 -t_srs EPSG:25832 -of GTiff 
E:/jan_testauswertungen/xxxx_test/Luftbild/rgb/675735.tif 
E:/jan_testauswertungen/xxxx_test/Luftbild/rgb/test_wordfile.tif

but the result image is on a wrong position - look into the world-files:
