[Qgis-user] QGIS crashes when adding a plugin from QGIS Plugin Manager

The problem appears in local installation of 1.8 and master, but not
in a system install (from ubuntugis-unstable).

So advice to anyone installing qgis manually - cleanup you
install_prefix/lib directory of all old qgis libs
