I have installed 1.8 on Windows 7 but I get a message "The procedure entry point sqlite3_open_v2 could not be located in the dynamic link library sqlite3.dll"  I uninstalled, reinstalled, etc - same result. 

Same install on Windows XP results in a working 1.8

How can I fix this on Windows 7?
