[Qgis-user] Problems to open older project

A few things I see that might be a problem:

It looks like you might have an old matplotlib (it's getting loaded by a QGIS plugin).  I updated that after the Big Update.

Old builtin QGIS plugins are loaded.  These usually cause QGIS to crash immediately.  Delete the QGIS.app and reinstall.

It's crashing in the delimited text plugin/provider.  Take care of the above things and see if it works.
