FYI we now have Kindle version of Gary's book available:

I know Kindle is not what this thread was preferring but thought some might 
still be interested.

We've done kindle support first primarily to take advantage
of Amazon's infrastructure.  Once we have our Locate Press store up and 
running then we are planning to sell other formats.
