[Qgis-user] Problem running QGIS dev

Dear all,

I just installed the latest QGIS dev version and now the the program doesnt
load (neither does qgis 1.7). The following message appears when I load
qgis:

"The program cant start because gdal18.dll is missing from your compiter.
Try reinstalling to fix the program"

I deleted c:\osge4w and reinstalled everything but it didnt solve anything
