I think this is the trouble-maker:

Fehler: OpenLayers.Layer.OSM.Osmarender is not a constructor

Just recently OSM has dropped the Osmarender layer, leaving every 
Openlayers user with that error message. Admins should remove the 
Osamrender layer, and it should work.
