[Qgis-user] sqlite3 error

Hello Ramon Andiñach,

I formatted my computer and did the installation and gave the error,
so I uninstalled
the Qgis and cleaned all the registry key. I returned to install Qgis and
when I open the program, it appears the same error message.

Am I doing something wrong?
