[Qgis-user] QGIS bug reading GPX file

Hello,

I have enclosed a file that DOES NOT load properly using:   Plugins/GPS/GPSTools/Load GPXfile

but DOES load correctly using:  Layer/Add Vector Layer.  

Is this a bug or am I missing something?  Can someone reproduce my results?  Does this happen with the latest code?

I am on a VISTA PC running QGIS 1.6.0 successfully since it came out.
