Thanks for the quick reply Salvatore!

I've checked the folder C:\Users\Mark\sextante\ and have the following
files and folders:

grass [folder]
tempdata [folder]
grass_script.bat
saga_batch_job.bat
sextante.gisrc
sextante.history
sextante.log
sextante_qgis.conf
sextante_qgis.log
sextante_script.r

It seems the R code to run the function is getting written to
'sextante_script.r' whereas the program is expecting to find the code in
'sextante_script.r.Rout'.

When I change the name of the existing 'sextante_script.r' to
'sextante_script.r.Rout' the function works but when go to do another
analysis the R code gets written to 'sextante_script.r' again.
