[Qgis-user] QGIS - Sextante

The file created by SEXTANTE is sextante.script.r, and taht is
executed by R using R CMD BATCH
The Rout file is created by R to save its output (is like a log file),
and R does not expect any code in this file, since it is R itself who
creates it
Which version of SEXTANTE are you using? I have just tested it with
1.0.5 and it seems to work fine...
