I think he meant that since PostGIS 2.0 is now able to store Raster and
QGIS is able to connect to PostGIS that QGIS should be able to load
Raster from inside the PostGIS2.0 too.. But I don't know if this is
possible without adjusting the PostGIS connection in QGIS ..
(As I don't have PostGIS 2.0 installed it's not urgent for me either but
it is a good question howto load the "PostGIS-stored-Rasterfiles" into
QGIS ..)

Think this means some rework .
